In 2026 we made a clear decision: to leave everything else behind and dedicate ourselves fully to market research. Here is why, and what it means for the companies and institutions we work with.

Where we came from
When MRF was founded in 2024, we worked on two lines: market research before a project launches, and performance to carry the launch once the decision was made. Over time, the two lines worked as one, with every engagement starting from a study that validated demand, sizing and competition.
What we learned
The most valuable moment in every project was always the same: the point at which a company decided whether, where and how to invest. That is where good evidence saved the most money and where the lack of it caused the biggest mistakes. It was also the work our clients valued most.
“One discipline, done deeply.”
What changes
Full focus: our team now works only on market research, from market sizing and competitor analysis to consumer studies, surveys and financial feasibility.
Our own technology: we are building internal tools to collect, verify and analyse data more efficiently, so each study is delivered faster and with greater rigour.
Clearer independence: because we no longer sell execution services, our recommendations are not tied to any follow-up work. Our only goal is a better decision.
What stays the same
Every study is still designed ad hoc around the decision our client needs to make. We continue to combine desk research, fieldwork and expert judgement, and to deliver clear conclusions, scenarios and recommendations rather than raw data.
Final thoughts
Focusing on a single discipline is a commitment to doing it better with every project. We believe companies deserve research they can trust before they invest, launch or expand, and that is now all we do.
Have a decision ahead?
Contact us and tell us what you need to decide. We will design the study around it.
